Australian Wildfire Emergency

Australia is in the grip of a nationwide wildfire emergency and we need to help.

Across Australia, over 10 million hectares of land have been burned to the ground. Resulting in the loss of life for over 500,000 animals, including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, birds and other iconic wildlife. For animals that have survived, they now face severe loss of habitat, starvation, dehydration, lack of shelter and increased predator threats.

Your support is urgently needed.

What can we do to help?

Safari Niagara is now accepting donations that will directly help animals in need and support the long-term recovery of these animals and their ecosystems.

All donations collected by Safari Niagara in support of the Australian wildfires will go to the Australian Wildlife Conservancy.

The Australian Wildlife Conservancy’s team of land managers and scientists are based in the field, delivering effective land management and undertaking strategic research to protect Australia’s endangered species. The AWC is currently taking urgent action to save the Kangaroo Island Dunnart and to prevent this unique mammal from going extinct.
