Refunds and Exchanges:

1. Tickets are non-refundable.
2. Before purchasing tickets, it is your responsibility to carefully review the purchase terms, and if applicable, the specific information related to the attraction (hours of operation, reservation details, seat information, times, dates, etc.). Tickets should always be treated like cash. Keep them in a safe place, where they can easily be found.

Ticket Delivery
You can reprint the ticket as many times as you need, but the ticket can only be redeemed once as it is uniquely bar coded and will be scanned/validated at the gate.
